- FTP is a Wisconsin-based program with its main
office located in Neenah, Wisconsin. FTP is currently available to service families who live in the following counties:
- FTP is always open to beginning new contracts
with counties within and outside of Wisconsin. Families can also be directly referred to work with FTP without a pre-existing or long-term contract. Please contact us
